It is with pleasure that Mustang Ponies announce the winner of the 2005 NOBC John C. Angier III Memorial Scholarship: Elizabeth Hunt, Mustang Pony #005-J, the granddaughter of Mustang George Hunt, 325H.

Elizabeth attends Indiana University in Bloomington, IN majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Fashion Design.  She graduated from Souhegan High School in Amherst, NH this spring with a 3.34 GPA.  In addition, she also attended the Summer Study Programs at Penn State University.

In high school, she won the Annual Coaches Award for outstanding scholarship and was recognized as a New Hampshire High School Womens Scholar Athlete.  She was on Soccer, Swimming, Track and Field, and Lacrosse teams and lettered twice in Swimming.   She was also selected for the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington D.C., the Global Young Leaders Conference in Europe, and the Presidential Youth Inaugural Conference.
