34th Infantry Division History
Mustang Pony and Board Member has provided us with the booklet history of the 34th Infantry Division that was provided to new soldiers joining the division starting in August 1944 that his father, Mustang Lynn Dungey brought back from World War II.
The booklet provides a brief history of the division from its activation in February 1941, training in Louisiana and Ireland, and action in North Africa and Italy through July 1944.
